1. All the Free has to go on is your description. Get to know the drinks and foods so you can describe them. For example, kalana is a deep ruby red color, a larma's juices will run out when you cut it, etc. Be descriptive in all you're doing.
2. Second, use the right container for whatever you are serving. Check the Drinks list so that you know which is correct.
Kalana is served in a footed goblet, much like an urth wine glass -- the glasses come in an array of colors and most have something painted or etched in the side or they are emblazoned with jewels --describe it for the Free paga is traditionally served in a three-footed bowl -- again the colors vary as does the design on the side
blackwyne is usually served in a mug -- if they want sugar, milk, etc., put it all on a tray along with a small pot of the blackwyne and prepare it at the Free's feet -- if they want it black, you can just fill the mug and carry that over
bazi tea -- you'll need a tray to put the three small cups on, along with any sugars/milk they want and add a small pot of the tea, prepare it at the Free's feet
food and drink -- be practical, you'll need a tray to carry it all -- don't forget to add eating utensils such as bone sthingys, etc. and a rep-cloth napkin -- a nice touch is to add a flower and vase to the tray
